Leading change is a complex process that involves both the art and science of leadership. In this session participants will discuss the different phases of change, and how leadership plays a critical role in the successful implementation of desired changes. Attendees will discuss and reflect upon the appropriate actions to take to create the demand for change, and how to develop processes to support individuals that are working their way through the implementation of the change.
